Explain to us why you are the perfect match for Yielder and the position, and who knows, you might soon be taking your first step into our office!
2. First contact: Let’s Talk!
Are we excited about your application?
Then we would like to get to know you better.
Therefore, we will contact you soon for an initial telephone interview.
This is your chance to ask additional questions and learn more about the position and the company.
If we are both still enthusiastic, we will schedule the first introductory interview.

3. Introduction: Are we a match?
During our first interview, it’s all about you.
We’ll dive into your resume, your experience, and most importantly, what makes you unique.
We want to know if the role, our culture and our team suit you and if you are the colleague we are looking for.
4. Second and third calls: Deep dive
Does it feel good from both sides? Then we will invite you for a second interview. In it we go even deeper into the position and the team.
We often invite a team member, so you can get a feel for the people in the department.
Depending on your role, we will sometimes ask you to do a case or (cultural) assessment.
We want to make sure that you feel right at home with us!
